• Results may be incomplete
• Nutritional information may vary by product, country, or manufacturer

Users should always verify nutritional information on product packaging before making dietary decisions.

The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any result.

You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the App.

The App is intended to support awareness and understanding of sugar consumption.

The App is not intended to:

• Monitor eating disorders
• Restrict eating behavior
• Replace parental judgment
• Replace professional medical advice

Users remain responsible for all dietary and health-related decisions.

The App may be used by parents and families to track sugar intake for children and adults.

Parents and guardians are responsible for how information provided by the App is used in relation to children.

• Google Gemini API
• Open Food Facts
• USDA FoodData Central

We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

• Their availability
• Their accuracy
• Their content
• Their privacy practices

Third-party services may change, suspend, or discontinue their services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Sugarly, its creators, owners, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the App
• Reliance on information provided by the App
• Inaccurate or incomplete results
• Service interruptions
• Errors in food databases or AI-generated analysis

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
